West Central Georgia Community Action Council, Inc,, (the Corporation), is a private, non-profit corporation, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia and recognized by the Department of Health and Human Services and other federal, state and local governmental agencies and private organizations/groups as the proper body to carry out the purpose and functions set out in these Bylaws.
